Job Description

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Assist in the annual audit process. Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting and forecasting. Identify and implement process improvements. Provide support during financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, Financial Statements, QuickBooks, Cash Accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage month-end close, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy of entries.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the annual audit process.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide support during financial analysis and reporting.
Working Conditions

Typically office-based, may require overtime during month-end close.
