Role Overview Work from home, morning shift. Responsibilities Manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring strong performance and ROI. Set up campaigns using custom conversions and work with the digital team to install and verify website trackers. Conduct testing, monitor spend and ROAS per campaign, and prepare performance reports. Analyze audience data for segmentation, including interest‑based, competitor URL‑based, and retargeting campaigns. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management with a strong focus on Meta Ads, plus experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with creative optimization and ad fatigue management. Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
