About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our gaming marketing team. You will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, managing social communities, and promoting our online gaming platforms, events, and new game releases. Job Description Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote online gaming platforms, events, and new game releases; plan targeted strategies to attract and retain players through social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising; analyze audience behavior and adjust campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. Social Media & Community Management: Manage official gaming pages and communities on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, and other relevant platforms; post engaging content such as updates, event announcements, and promotional materials; interact with followers, respond to comments, and maintain a positive brand image within the gaming community. Content Creation & Brand Promotion: Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce appealing visuals, videos, and interactive posts; ensure that all online materials are aligned with the brand’s tone, target audience, and regulatory guidelines; collaborate with influencers, streamers, and affiliate partners to expand brand exposure. SEO, SEM, and Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and track ROI; optimize website and landing pages for search visibility and conversion; use data analytics to refine keyword targeting and audience segmentation. Affiliate & Partner Marketing: Build relationships with affiliate promoters and advertising partners to drive traffic and player registrations; monitor performance of affiliates and implement strategies to boost conversions. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.); prepare regular reports on KPIs (impressions, click-through rates, player sign-ups, retention); recommend improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and user engagement. Compliance & Market Awareness: Ensure all promotions and materials comply with gaming and advertising regulations; stay updated with online gaming trends, player preferences, and emerging marketing technologies. Perform tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management and Department Head. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or other platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Team player with collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Familiarity with video marketing and social media content creation. Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
