Responsibilities Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution. Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships. Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications At least 6 moths to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite Reminders REMINDERS: Please note that the screening process includesTyping Test (35 wpm) and Mock call Assessment.
