Responsibilities
  • Deliver business models created for the Enterprise and MSME segments and translate them into execution.
  • Track model effectiveness and measure incremental revenue, conversion, or usage growth attributable to deployed models.
  • Create selling tools (pitch decks, solution one-pagers, ROI tools, demo scripts) and ensure toolkits meet model requirements.
  • Assess segment translation effectiveness by evaluating sales feedback, adoption rate, and segment-specific performance metrics.
Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B, Fintech, Tech, or FMCG roles involving solutioning, commercialization, or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product features into business solutions with measurable commercial impact.
  • Experience working across both large enterprises and MSME segments.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, GTM, and product-market fit principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in Fintech, payments, or platform-based ecosystems.
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools.
