Sourcing and Recruitment Manager at EastWest Ageas Insurance Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role: Ensures that all EastWest Ageas Insurance Bancassurance Financial Advisors meet or exceed their performance targets by conducting regular sales monitoring, meetings and performance reviews with both sales team and bank partners. Conducts sales and product presentations, and sales clinics. Supports EWA Financial Advisors, EastWest Bank Store Managers, Sales Officers, and other bank partners in closing complex or high-value sales. Reviews the quality of the TAs’ output and ensures compliance with agreed sales processes/practices. Ensures retention of effective TAs by assisting in recruiting new staff, motivating and managing the performance of existing staff. Ensures that EastWest Bank colleagues, primarily Division Heads and Store Managers, have appropriate expectations of the service from EWA and remain delighted and committed to supporting EWA. Works with all EastWest Bank colleagues to ensure early and effective integration of FSAs into the EastWest Bank Stores. Ensures all compliance requests from internal and external sources are understood and implemented, including assisting separated EWA Financial Advisors in their transition and turnover of accountabilities and deliverables. Attends and contributes to EWA management meetings as required. Stays fully aware of the insurance market in the Philippines, including products and competitors, and uses this knowledge to develop the EWA Bancassurance business and address questions/objections from customers and EastWest Bank staff. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 2-year work experience in sales management in a financial, insurance or service industry. Good presentation skills; training background is a plus. Must not have been a self‑employed Insurance Agent or Agency Manager within the past two years. Proficiency in English, and knowledge of Tagalog or local dialect as required for the assignment. Has a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel frequently for bank branch visits.
