DevOps / Cloud Ops Support (Japanese Bilingual) Provide L1/L2 support for cloud applications, ensuring timely resolution, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues. Responsibilities Support L1/L2 application support, using JIRA and Confluence. Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements. Collaborate with internal and external support teams. Document incidents, resolutions and contribute to knowledge base. Participate in incident/problem management processes. Support systems running on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Assist in debugging, reading scripts, and basic code analysis. Handle outage and escalation processes with proper documentation. Job Qualifications Japanese language proficiency (N3–N1) and strong written and spoken skills. 1–3 years of application support / cloud operations support experience. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Outlook, and Office applications. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Foundational understanding of Kubernetes, SQL, and scripting. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Ability to read and understand code/scripts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to work in shifting schedules and learn new technologies. Good to Have Experience in a 24x5 support environment. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Knowledge of Prometheus, NoSQL databases, JSON, CI/CD pipelines. Certification in relevant technologies or support methodologies. Experience in large enterprise projects.
