Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for various applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage support tickets using JIRA and Confluence; troubleshoot and assist users.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Participate in incident/problem management processes.
  • Support systems running on
    cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Assist in debugging, reading scripts, and basic code analysis.
  • Handle outage and escalation processes with proper documentation.

Must Have Skill/s: /
Strict Requirements

  • Japanese Language Proficiency (open to N3–N1) or without certification as long as with strong Japanese writing and speaking skills
    (Preferably with experience working with Japanese customers and can handle business conversations.
  • 1–3 years of experience in application support/cloud operations support
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Outlook, and Office Applications.
  • Knowledgeable with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Foundational understanding of Kubernetes, SQL, and scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Ability to read and understand code/scripts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules and learn new technologies.

Good to Have Skill/s:

  • Experience in a 24x5 support environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, NoSQL databases, JSON, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or support methodologies.
  • Experience in large enterprise projects.
