-At least bachelor degree in BS Accountancy
- with at least 8-10 yrs experience
-CPA is an advantage but not required
- Salary rate Php 60,000 to 80,000

A Finance Manager oversees a company's financial activities by preparing financial reports, creating budgets, and developing long-term financial strategies. Key duties include analyzing financial data, managing risk, forecasting trends, and advising senior management to increase profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis: Create and manage budgets, develop long-term financial strategies, and forecast future financial performance.
Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risk and ensure the company's financial health.
Strategic Advising: Analyze market trends and competitors, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management for profitable decisions and growth opportunities.
Oversight and Supervision: Manage and supervise other finance professionals, such as budget and financial analysts.
Operations: Ensure the efficient use of resources and oversee financial operations to achieve business goals.
