Southern Manila District, Philippines Element Ops Full time

We’re looking for a hungry and analytical Crypto Data & Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing investment and advisory team. In this role, you’ll work across investment and advisory products, helping the team analyze data, identify trends, and improve processes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and paying attention to details. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, creative thinking, and high standards, with plenty of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data across investment and advisory products.
  • Track performance and trends in liquid token and private markets.
  • Maintain and update CRMs or databases with accurate information.
  • Assist with client and investor onboarding and communications.
  • Help prepare reports on market trends and developments.
  • Support operational tasks to improve team processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in data analysis, operations, or similar roles.
  • 1+ years WFH experience.
  • Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, comfortable handling large datasets.
  • Strong English, communication, and collaboration skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven operations experience with a track record of taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Experience using CRMs or internal database tools (Airtable, Affinity, etc.)
  • Curious about crypto or blockchain is a plus
