About The Job The Logistics Coordinator (Outreach Support) expands the client’s business network and partnerships. Responsibilities include managing incoming partnership inquiries, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining organized records via Excel sheets. This support role works closely with onshore counterparts to ensure smooth progression of high-level tasks. What You’ll Do Receive and review incoming partnership inquiries. Efficiently process and forward relevant details to appropriate teams. Initiate contact with potential partners via phone and email. Qualify and assess the suitability of partners for the business. Communicate the company’s value proposition and requirements. Engage in negotiations for mutually beneficial contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual alignment. Maintain Excel sheets to track outreach efforts and lead status. Provide regular, transparent progress reports. Conduct initial assessments of potential leads. Escalate qualified leads to onshore counterparts. Collaborate on setting and refining productivity goals. Align with OM and Operations Leads for continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in lead prospecting, verification, or logistics coordination, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ability to work with moderate supervision. Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals. Proficient in English, spoken and written. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
