About the Role The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. We are looking for applicants to manage our Luzon Area. Responsibilities Field work covering nationwide territories to provide support to field sales and perform marketing and sales activity. Prepare document, marketing materials and other references that will help sales to improve product knowledge and become competitive. Market research and development and analyze market potential. Plans development for product launching/introduction. Product research and development. Coordination with different department or customers in preparation and completion of document for the fulfillment of sales. Coordinates with the principals to provide required reports and updates. Perform marketing activities like promotion and in-depth product presentation/discussion, provides users training, conduct seminar, and participates in different exhibits. Participate in strategic planning in achieving sales target. Maintain good customer relationship and rapport. Analyze market and competition data to create marketing strategy for your products. Defines the product vision, product roadmap, & product positioning. Prepares budgets and forecasts. Communicate product roadmap to the sales, technical service group to increase market share and or penetrate the market. Provide the requirements needed to support different departments. Develop the short, medium & long-term product strategy for each assigned brand. This includes but not limited to market positioning, target customers, features & benefits & pricing. Manages testing to detect & fix issues to make necessary improvements. Gathers customers feedback to further improve the product. Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch. Define and execute effective launch plan. Educate and train customer facing departments such as sales representatives, sales coordinators & implementations on assigned product line solutions. This includes creating product sales toolkits, product data sheets and acting as the subject matter expert. Tracks product performance. Oversees product throughout the product life cycle. Conducts extensive research into products to find out how customers interact with them & develop solutions or improvements to address those needs. Develop an effective communication plan that will help sales team in promoting the product. Develop business and product strategies as well as budgets. Analyses pricing and focuses on increasing product profitability. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assure that the right customer problems are being solved. Represents the company at trade shows and conferences. Assist HR by conducting product training for newly hired employees. Serve as a point person to the Principal or Business partner in terms of product management. Works on specific product features & benefits, improving them, and creating new ones. Assists in testing, troubleshooting and problem solving. Qualifications A positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset. Excels in a fast-paced complex working environment. Effectively manages ambiguity and can refine fuzzy ideas into concrete requirements, specific use cases or solutions for customer points. Expert on subject matter in a particular product or market thus includes specific industry or technical knowledge. Established success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
