The Product Manager will be responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and awareness in the medical aesthetic product sector. This role involves working closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for the medical aesthetic product lines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
Collaborate with regional counterparts to support new product launches, packaging, and branding initiatives.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations for optimization.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute promotional activities and events.
Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Provide product training to clinics
Track marketing expenses to ensure campaigns remain within budget.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Canva.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
