We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Infinit-O, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data acquisition strategies, ensure data accuracy and quality, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to present data findings effectively to stakeholders. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation processes to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data. Business Insights: Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations to support strategic business decisions and process optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements And Credentials Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A master's degree in Data Science or relevant certifications is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and insights generation. Experience in the BPO or technology industry is preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive analytics. Certifications in data analytics or related fields.
