User Research Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, testing, and analytics to uncover needs and pain points Translate findings into journey maps and artifacts to guide design decisions Design Thinking Workshops Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions Collaborate with teams to define goals, prioritize features, and brainstorm ideas Stakeholder Management Build strong stakeholder relationships and align on requirements Communicate research, concepts, and updates effectively Incorporate feedback while upholding user-centered design principles Partner with designers, PMs, and developers for iterative design Mentor junior UX team members and foster collaboration across teams Detailed Design Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Develop and refine design systems for consistency and scalability Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent 5+ years of related design experience; Working across a large organization with varying technical skill levels. Ability to work deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on product design and ownership.
