Location: National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams to identify system requirements and document functional changes and user stories.
  • Lead and participate in scrum events, perform product testing and provide functional support.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide product support for operations products.
Specific Accountabilities
  • Perform Systems Analysis
  • Provide product support in UAT and production environments
  • Write user stories, features, and product backlog items
  • Translate business needs into backlog items for team refinement and development
  • Conduct product validation testing of new and existing functionalities
  • Provide product and implementation support as applicable
  • Assist with creation and updates of published user documentation
  • Support requirements elicitation, research, issue investigation, and analysis
  • Participate in agile events and lead refinement when applicable / required
About The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management or similar discipline with good academic records
  • Exposure in functional requirements writing OR business/systems analysis OR business process design/consulting OR systems development OR systems testing is a plus
  • Good analytical, logical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work on a 50% Hybrid setup with minimum 2x a week in office
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
