What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pricing
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and tenants
  • Oversee lease negotiations and contract management
  • Manage leasing team and set performance targets
  • Monitor occupancy rates and revenue optimization
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proven track record in achieving leasing targets
