Senior Designer

Purpose of the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with extensive experience in retail 3D structure design and video editing . The ideal candidate should be a veteran in creating detailed point-of-sale materials (POSM), in-store displays, and retail structures using SketchUp while also being proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing. The role requires a creative problem-solver who can bring concepts to life while ensuring designs are practical, visually appealing, and production-ready. Key Responsibilities: 3D Design & Visualization: Create high-quality retail structures, POP/POS displays, gondolas, kiosks, and event setups using SketchUp and other 3D software. Concept Development: Translate briefs into engaging and structurally sound 3D retail environments that align with brand identity and marketing goals. Technical Drawings: Generate production-ready technical drawings and material specifications for fabrication. Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality marketing videos, explainer animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro . Motion Graphics: Develop animated presentations, product demos, and digital advertising content as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with CProd Traffic Manager to ensure that all designs are feasible, cost-effective, and within brand guidelines. Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to production specifications. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in retail design, materials, fabrication techniques, and motion graphics to continuously innovate. Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure : 5+ years of experience in 3D retail structure design and video editing. Expert proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling, rendering, and technical drawings. Extensive industry experience with a portfolio showcasing 3D retail structures and video editing projects. Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with POSM, merchandising displays, and retail fixture design . Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and structural feasibility for retail setups. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of production processes, including pre-flighting and color management. Excellent typographic, layout, and visual design skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields. Mindset to navigate the role: Being meticulous, and have a keen eye for detail , setting very high personal standard.
