Job Title : Senior Design Executive

About the Role : The Senior Creative Design Executive is a highly experienced, fresh and innovative creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral and is responsible for developing compelling multi-media, multichannel campaigns and bid proposals, whilst creating materials which leverage our brand story and reflect our clients’ journey.

Responsibilities
  • Produce designs that follow Cushman & Wakefield’s brand and campaign guidelines, occasionally incorporating creative interpretations for specific projects.
  • Ensure all outputs consistently reflect the Cushman & Wakefield brand identity, consulting with leadership when introducing unique elements.
  • Lead assigned campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborating with key stakeholders and serving as the brand ambassador throughout the process.
  • Manage and support CDEs, oversee ongoing projects, and take leadership responsibility in the absence of the Creative Manager.
Qualifications / About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media, or related field
  • 6–8 years of design experience, including brand and bid/tender design
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Proactive, flexible, and professional attitude with a global mindset
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
