Overview Join to apply for the Business Assurance Analyst Lead role at GCash . Responsibilities Plots key performance indicators and analyzes trends over time to identify early warning signals or indications of any issues or risk. Validates/tests transactions to ascertain the integrity of reports used in recording transactions and decision making; ensures compliance with established policies and procedures meant to guard against financial leakage, including supervisory and quality assurance procedures built into the processes; ensures critical BAM processes are working effectively. Reviews the assigned BAM processes to identify opportunities for improving the operating effectiveness and efficiency of processes and related controls. Collaborates with operating units across the organization to provide management assurance that controls are working as intended; risks that threaten financial, regulatory, and reputational are identified and managed; revenues from new products, services and/or promotions are properly captured, billed and booked. Qualifications Exhibits an understanding of the company’s products, end-to-end processes and systems, network and information technology systems and tools that will deliver BAM output. Provides relevant inputs to drive innovation, process improvements and enhancements. Conducts process improvement initiatives that drive control enhancements. Liaises with different groups to help investigate and correct potential exceptions reported by the team. Provides recommendations based on the results of control execution to add more value within the organization. Assists the team in driving the implementation of BAM-related action points/recommendations to help the Business address issues.
