Job Overview We are looking for a PH-based inquisitive UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of the PICKUP COFFEE Consumer Mobile Application while also contributing to the design work for various internal systems. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs, and has a good working grasp of Figma. Key Responsibilities Participate in the design process for the PICKUP COFFEE Consumer Mobile Application and internal systems. Assist in maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Continuously improve design skills through weekly mentorship sessions and regular UI/UX training. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to ensure that proposed user enhancements are aligned with customer needs and UX best practices. Collaborate with developers and QA testers to ensure pixel-perfect UI execution and a smooth user experience. Performance Monitoring & Iteration Gather user feedback and analytics data to improve design decisions. Optimize user journeys and interface interactions for better engagement and conversion. Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to keep our designs innovative and competitive. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for mobile applications. Intermediate proficiency in Figma, with experience in pulling from shared component libraries and existing design systems. Good knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and prototyping. Some experience working on consumer-facing digital products and internal enterprise systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas, and authorized to work in the Philippines. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
