Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to leadership team and stakeholders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Facilitate medium-term and annual business planning process
- Provide support on the annual budgeting process (CapEx prioritization, budget cascade, etc.)
- Prepare business intelligence reports / studies - macro-environment, industry, competitive and internal performance analyses
- Monitor Balanced Scorecard (BSC) of businesses and KPIs of business heads; cascade CCO BSC to businesses
- Manage key CCO meetings – CCO Mancom, CLT, Quarterly Program Alignment, Monthly Sales Review etc.)
- Ensure alignment of business plans with CEO and CCO directions, as well as among other business units
- Create and manage business dashboards
