Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the design team—from the first draft up to the final approval and release of the "Issued for Construction" (IFC) drawings.
  2. Review the approved design drawings and installation plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  3. Supervise installation of ground screws, ramming piles, and mounting structures for solar panels.
  4. Conduct inspection and quality checks on ground screws, torque values, alignments and structure stability.
  5. Check the master schedule and take note of the start date, end date.
  6. Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection report.
  7. Make a construction schedule specific to your assigned scope of work.
  8. Prepare the method statement (MS), manpower plan, equipment list, and all needed materials, tools, and consumables required to finish the work.
  9. Request all required materials in advance and include the expected delivery date to the site in your request.
  10. Request manpower in advance and clearly state the expected deployment date.
  11. Update everyone involved if there are any changes to your material or manpower requests.
  12. Oversee the construction work and prepare a daily progress report (use the provided template).
  13. Submit inspection requests to the Owner’s Engineer (OE) and the Client. Fix all issues raised during inspection until the work is fully accepted (100%).
  14. Generate shop drawings for work requiring specific details.
