Responsibilities
  • Initiates corrective action request as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion
  • Assists with development and implementation of quality audits
  • Develops, applies, revises and maintains quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
  • Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications
  • Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability
  • Generates or establishes procedures in accordance to ISO standards
  • Work with Supplier Quality Engineering and suppliers for any material quality issues and drive for improvements
  • Initiates, reviews and approves ECNs for product reliability, quality and improvement
  • Performs final quality check to product before shipping to customer
All About You / Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Must have high analytical skills
  • Must have a high sense of urgency
  • Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization
  • Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic)
  • Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
