Job Description- Coordinate the end-to-end process of initial/regular switching of retail customers.
- Verify customer eligibility and validate data (meter numbers, usage history, account information) to ensure successful enrollment in the CRB.
- Track the status of switches and resolve switch concerns, if any.
- Communicate directly with customers to explain switching processes, timelines, and address inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with internal sales, compliance, and operations teams to support bulk switch campaigns and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all switching activities.
- Gather and manage customer data to be used for insights and analysis.
- Prepare dashboards and regular reports assigned.
- Stay up-to-date with utility rules, market regulations (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE), and switching procedures.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate switching workflows.
- Performing other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field is preferred.

Job Description 2Business Support and Performance Management
o Providing and maintaining standard management reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
o Supporting the management and reporting of Commercial sales targets
o Assisting the Sales Operations Manager in the training of business users to ensure proper recording, reporting, and performance management
o Working with the Sales Operations Manager to establish business needs, understand business processes, and key business requirements
o Communicate data insights through regular or ad hoc reports
System Support and Data Management
o Participating in the evolution of Salesforce best practices, standards, and policies
o Supporting the maintenance of documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and developing user guides for commercial team
o Support the updates and maintenance of resources for Corporate Move Agent and Supply Chain & Procurement
o Acting as a liaison between the business units and IT in all areas of support and enhancement of Salesforce as it affects the Commercial business users
o Keeping users informed about system functionalities and enhancements
o Ensuring that business users are complying with standard operating procedures
o Monitoring the data input and accuracy of our Salesforce database
o Assisting with continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Skill and Experience Requirements
· Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is preferred)
· Excellent level of written and spoken English
· Excellent Excel skills and ability to use other Microsoft packages, including Word and PowerPoint (MS SharePoint skills is a plus)
· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills including the ability to establish appropriate processes and structures
· Forward planner with good time management skills
· Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
· High levels of integrity and respectful with regards to data protection and confidentiality
· Be an exceptional team player to work cross-functionally for a common purpose
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present relevant numbers

Job Description 3Sales Operations Analysts in the Go To Market Partnership Center are responsible for the operational support of internal Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management throughout the sales cadence process.
Essential Functions
- Management of Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close. Includes: Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, producing pricing support documents, and processing deals with finance.
- Assisting in preparing templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions.
- Coordination of Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Includes: Coordinating Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects and Assigning Principals in Charge and Project Managers.
- Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call.
- Cross functional Team coordination (Business Leads, Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities.
- Continuous, pro-active coordination with internal client contacts and business personnel, to foster and maintain relationships.
- Maintain the team's document repository making sure information are up to date.
- Accomplish other Ad-Hoc tasks, business initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Help in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers/PICs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service
- Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Preferrable with experience of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit
- Strong team player and accepts coaching opportunities positively
- Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
