What are we looking for? Skills Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect , including design, deployment, and support. Background in software/web development (for Amazon Connect customization and troubleshooting). Experience working with AWS services and strong understanding of cloud architecture . Experience with complex IT support environments. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage with Australian clients. Experience using Monday.com (or similar workflow tools) to manage support flow and automation. Ability to design and document support processes for scale and efficiency. A proactive and collaborative mindset to work with remote Australian engineering teams. What will you do? Amazon Connect Engineering Support Provide engineering-level support for Amazon Connect to the Australian dev team. Troubleshoot, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect solutions across client projects. Extend Amazon Connect via Lambda functions , data dips , third‑party integrations , and GenAI technologies. Product Development Contribute to internal and client‑facing GenAI product offerings in the telephony space. Collaborate with engineering leaders to build next‑generation voice and contact solutions. Support Flow Oversight Improve workflows through Monday.com automations and support process enhancements. Support continuous improvement in delivery and customer satisfaction. Team Development & Growth Help grow the Philippines‑based engineering/support team. Mentor and assist with onboarding future hires as part of team expansion. Other Responsibilities Participate in design and documentation of support processes with the AU team. Work closely with the Head of Engineering (AU) to report on team progress and challenges.
