We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, international environment. This role suits someone entry‑level or early in their HR/recruitment career who shows initiative, curiosity, and grit to learn AI tools and new hiring methods. Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Review job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies. Post job listings across Workable, LinkedIn, and Upwork. Source candidates using Boolean searches, ATS, and job boards. Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews. Prepare hiring tabulations and submit shortlisted candidates. Coordinate client interviews and provide timely updates. Manage reference checks and assist in pre‑onboarding tasks. Collaborate with senior recruiters and management to meet hiring goals. Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. Experience in recruitment (internship, project‑based, or 6+ months preferred). Strong written and spoken English. Has initiative and willingness to learn AI and automation tools. Organized, reliable, and proactive. Has strong initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn. Comfortable utilizing technology and learning AI or automation tools. Bonus: Experience sourcing for foreign/international candidates.
