What You’ll Do in the Role Respond to all inbound phone, email, and web enquiries professionally and promptly. Assess client needs and provide technically appropriate solutions across pumps, liquid transfer systems, pipework, and accessories. Generate and send quotations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance. Follow up on outstanding proposals and track lead progression through the sales funnel. Liaise with engineering and operations teams in Australia for technical clarifications and order fulfilment. CRM Maintenance (Salesforce) Maintain up‑to‑date records in Salesforce, including client contact details, opportunity stages, and proposal documentation. Ensure all follow‑ups, notes, and pipeline data are accurately captured. Client Communication Draft high‑quality written correspondence with correct grammar and a professional tone. Conduct video or voice calls as needed, with fluent spoken English and confident presentation. Represent the Liquimech brand with professionalism, technical knowledge, and integrity. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering) Minimum 2 years of experience in pump systems, liquid transfer, or fluid handling Prior exposure to technical sales or customer support preferred Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Highly organised with strong time management and follow‑through Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) Strong problem‑solving ability with a customer‑first mindset Able to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams Why You Should Join Our Team Leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance upon hire Ready to take on the next challenge?
