Responsibilities Assist in product development, sample preparation, and sensory evaluations. Support quality assurance and control procedures during food production. Help in maintaining documentation related to R&D, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with different departments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or any food-related course. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship or OJT experience in a food manufacturing or R&D setting is an advantage. Basic knowledge of food safety standards. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
