Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Bookkeeper & Accounting Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting administrative functions to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Oversee transaction entries, including warranty payments and loan tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with management to streamline financial procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
  • Optional: Assist with customer service responsibilities during peak times.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Working Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EST)

Work setup: On-site at JY Square, Cebu City
