About the Role

As a Multilingual Team Leader (Design & Social Media Templates), you'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of bilingual specialists to adapt and translate marketing materials and design templates that resonate with global audiences. Your fluency in English and two or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese will allow you to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in all creative outputs. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, a sharp visual eye, and a proven ability to lead a creative team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage and mentor a team of bilingual specialists to ensure timely, high-quality translation and curation of design templates.

• Oversee the pipeline of multilingual design work, including weekly and monthly reporting on team performance.

• Translate and adapt English templates and marketing materials into French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese using in-house admin tools.

• Assist in the creation and publishing of engaging, high-quality social media, web, and business card templates in line with brand standards and KPIs.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and curation teams to enhance template inventory across layout, color, text, and branding elements.

• Ensure cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy in all translated content.

• Write compelling headlines, taglines, and calls to action in multiple languages for improved discoverability and engagement.

• Feature and promote top-performing templates on localized homepages and tagged pages.

• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and regular 1:1s with team members.

• Maintain quality control and compliance with IP and copyright standards.

• Support related teams across the company including Logo Curation, In-House Design, and Customer Service.

What You Bring

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least two of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese (spoken and written). Please submit proficiency certification.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage performance, and drive team results.

• Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of graphic design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.

• Copywriting Skills: Ability to write creative, culturally relevant content and translate English marketing copy into multiple languages.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify key design themes using data insights and align them with strategic content planning.

• Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization and time management to balance multiple tasks and manage the team pipeline effectively.

• Technical Tools: Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and design/social media tools.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippine time).

• Internet Requirements: Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in logo design, graphic design, or web design industries.

• A strong portfolio showcasing template design and multilingual copywriting.

• Proficiency in design and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of additional languages beyond those listed is a plus.
