Role Overview This role works closely with the CFO/COO, supporting a mix of financial analysis and investment operations projects. It combines technical skills in financial modelling and forecasting with responsibilities in investment reporting, investor communications, and project management. Key Responsibilities Support the CFO/COO on financial and investment operations projects Prepare and deliver quarterly NAV and performance reports for trustees Assist in drafting Investment Memorandums Support investor communications, including preparation of quarterly updates for Limited Partners Assist in the structuring and setup of new investment vehicles (e.g., VCC, Cayman, other offshore structures) Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support internal forecasting, and decision-making Contribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met Provide analytical support for business planning, scenario modelling, and ad hoc strategic initiatives Work with external administrators, trustees, and legal advisors to support fund operations and reporting processes Enhance internal reporting processes and help implement best practices across investment operations and financial analysis Requirements Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, data analysis) Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) highly regarded Experience in investment management, private equity, or fund operations is an asset Work Location Homebased, Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM Additional Information Financial analysis Investment Operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
