You’ll be responsible for creating visual assets across social media, digital ads, landing pages, and branding, as well as contributing marketing and content ideas to support campaign performance. If you’re passionate about crafting clean, eye-catching, and conversion-focused designs, we’d love to meet you. Design and refresh Facebook ad creatives that drive conversions Build and optimize landing pages and lead forms for maximum ROI Design and produce visuals for digital campaigns including landing pages, paid ads, social media posts, banners, and email templates Stay updated on design trends, platform specifications, and creative best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective Proven experience designing Facebook ads that convert Strong grasp of landing page UX, funnel logic, and lead form optimization Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines Must be able to understand and communicate in English (reading, writing, and basic verbal) Familiarity with tools like Canva, CRM and Website Builder Bonus Points if you have hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads—performance mindset is a big plus.
