SAP Finance Vertex / REFX / FICA Manager Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Practice: CMT-High Tech | Areas of Work: Finance Transformation (SAP S/4HANA, Vertex, REFX, FICA) Years of Experience: 10+ years Must Have Skills SAP S4 HANA Finance functional delivery experience, including at least 5 years of niche skills such as Vertex tax engine, SAP REFX, or SAP FICA on SAP transformation engagements. Good to Have Skills SAP Certification is an added advantage. Responsibilities Design, build, and implement SAP Finance solutions that transform enterprise performance. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage with clients to understand requirements, define solutions, and develop roadmaps. Provide expert insight on the SAP Finance landscape with Vertex tax engine, SAP REFX, or SAP FICA throughout the project lifecycle. Support business development initiatives, collaborating on proposals and shaping delivery approaches. Oversee ERP integrations and develop proof-of-concept prototypes. Document and track client activities, ensuring compliance with all tax calculations and system requirements. Deliver training and support to client teams on order creation best practices and Vertex-related processes. Present findings and solutions to C‑suite audiences and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, including 5 years or more of Vertex, REFX, or FICA implementation experience. Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and integration with Vertex Tax Engine, REFX, and FICA. Ability to configure Vertex Tax rules, rates, and jurisdictions to meet global transaction compliance. Experience migrating from RE Classic to SAP REFX and supporting end‑user issues on FICA/REFX. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in proposal support and solution shaping for ERP engagements. What’s in it for you?
