Corporate Operations Associate LWL Lavish Avenue Manila Corp (Lavish Avenue Salon & Aesthetic) Makati City About the Role We are looking for a Corporate Operations Associate to work closely with the Managing Director in handling the day-to-day operations of our salon and aesthetics business.This is an exciting and hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in administration, business expansion, supplier coordination, and internal reporting. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced beauty and wellness company — we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Assist in overall operations management of the salon and aesthetic branch Support branch expansion projects (permits, coordination, documentation) Handle supplier communication, inventory, and order monitoring Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and other business documents Process staff payrolls, commissions, and attendance records Maintain and organize company files, contracts, and records Support in marketing coordination , scheduling, and administrative tasks Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director for business updates and meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) With experience in admin or operations role (preferably in service or retail industry) Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently Willing to work in Makati City Can start immediately What We Offer Performance‑based incentives Growth and learning opportunities Fun and supportive work environment Employee perks from our salon and aesthetic services #J-18808-Ljbffr
