Job Summary: The Engineering Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and functionality of the dealership's buildings, facilities, and equipment. This role involves assisting in construction projects, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment that complies with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee and perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of buildings, mechanical systems, and dealership equipment. Ensure that all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other structural systems are functioning properly and safely. Project Assistance & Coordination: Assist in planning and implementing construction or renovation projects within the dealership. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-efficient project completion. Equipment Monitoring :Monitor and maintain workshop tools, machinery, and other technical assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Schedule regular servicing and calibration of essential equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, equipment logs, and project progress. Report concerns and provide suggestions for improvements to management. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and Toyota standards. Support environmental and safety programs as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Preferably with experience in building construction, repair, and equipment maintenance Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work Note: This is a general job description.
