Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and process employee timecards across multiple timekeeping systems
- Follow up with employees to obtain or correct time records
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Train new hires on their specific timekeeping process
- Provide support with HR-related tasks as needed
Work Schedule
- Graveyard Shift
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, both orally and in writing
- Possesses strong math and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Highly organized and task-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information
