Implement and optimize marketing campaigns for Enabled brands in the Philippines. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Implement trade marketing plans and strategies. Undertake competitor research and analyses. Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits. Promote brand awareness through events and displays. Support sales teams with marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in direct marketing and event planning. Assist with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic. Liaise with creative teams for branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies. Investigate marketing campaign performance through key performance metrics evaluation. Perform trade checks and test buys. Oversee company trade marketing inventory. Perform other tasks as needed. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, fine arts, or a related field. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Persistence and attention to detail. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Willingness to do field work within and outside Metro Manila. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP per month.
