Rosa Laguna; Calamba Laguna; San Pedro, Laguna; Cavite; Rizal; Baguio; Pangasinan Visayas/Mindanao (Cebu, Iloilo, CDO, Davao) Job Description: Render prompt treatment of illnesses/injuries both work-related and non-work-related, not requiring hospital emergency room care. Refer employees to qualified medical specialists in the community when appropriate. Assess an employee’s ability to return to work following an illness or injury and provide physical capabilities assessments to evaluate job accommodations. Conduct periodic examinations of employees in designated medical monitoring programs. Perform pre-placement, transfer, exit tests/examinations, and other programs identified through health data analysis. Liaise in conducting annual employee health screenings focused on health promotion and disease prevention. Review screening results, provide follow-up and counseling on abnormalities. Make referrals for treatment and follow-up of non-work-related medical conditions. Participate in review and follow-up of complex Employee Compensation and Disability Benefit cases. Serve as a medical resource to HR and occupational health teams, advising on care and prognosis, including expected disability duration. Interface with local medical community to facilitate early return to work when appropriate. Review, interpret, and sign appropriate tracings and laboratory reports. Recommend follow-up actions for abnormal ECGs, audiometric, pulmonary, X-ray, laboratory, or other medical tests. Qualifications: Must have a valid PRC license. Must already have a valid TIN, COR, and Vaccination Card. Must be able to start immediately (within 7 days). Possess competent clinical skills, with experience in occupational health, hospital, or equivalent for at least 6 months to 1 year. Preferably hold the following training certificates: Basic Course on Occupational Medicine (BCOM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
