HDSI: Clinic Outpatient Nurse ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC. 3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Summary The outpatient nurse provides basic nursing care to patients in a clinic setting. They assist doctors during consultations, perform vital signs monitoring, administer medications/ vaccinations, and ensure smooth patient flow and comfort during their visit. Responsibilities Take and record patient vital signs Assist doctors during medical check-ups and monitor procedures Administer prescribed medications and injections Prepare and clean equipment and treatment rooms Educate patients on health maintenance and medication instructions Coordinate referrals and schedule follow up appointments Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality Ensure infection control and clinic safety protocols are followed Qualifications Must be a registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license At least 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a clinic outpatient setting Basic life support (BLS/ACLS) certification is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Computer literate and familiar with medical records Pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other issuances of the National Privacy Commission, the RelianceCare Inc., OR it’s subsidiary or affiliate, such as ActiveOne Health, Inc., and Health Delivery Systems, Inc.
