Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the organization’s ESG strategy, policies, and targets Conduct ESG risk assessments and materiality analyses to identify key impact areas Monitor and measure ESG performance across environmental, social, and governance indicators Ensure compliance with ESG standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD) Prepare ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations Manage stakeholder engagement with employees, suppliers, communities, and partners Lead sustainability programs such as carbon reduction, waste management, and inclusion initiatives Provide training and guidance to staff on ESG practices and compliance Track emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend proactive actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 2-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, or related roles Knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, and local regulations) Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues, including climate change, social responsibility, human rights, and corporate governance Experience in ESG reporting, data collection, metric development, and benchmarking Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Proven stakeholder management experience Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
