Position: HR & Payroll Associate Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Subic Bay, Zambales Postal: 2202 Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php30,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday Work Set Up: Work Onsite Benefits: ✨Government mandated benefits ✨13th Month Pay ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave Credits ✨Sick Leave Credits Job Requirements: ✨Bachelors degree holder ✨With at least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll ✨Amenable to work onsite in Zambales ✨Amenable to attend interviews ✨Can start as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: ✨ Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions. ✨ Maintain accurate and updated employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary adjustments, leave records, and deductions. ✨ Review, validate, and monitor employee timecards or attendance data to ensure precise and error-free payroll computations. ✨ Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns in a timely and professional manner. ✨ Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll data and ensure full compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements. ✨ Utilize and maintain HR and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating necessary updates or improvements.
