Key Responsibilities As an HR Lifecycle Operations Advisor, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, job status changes, and offboarding processes. Oversee and manage HR transactions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. Partner with HRBPs, TA, and HR Operations teams across regions, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. Optimize employee lifecycle processes by driving continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements. Support regional and global initiatives focused on improving HR operational efficiency and employee experience. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in HR operations. Good understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices. Experience with employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding). Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end‑to‑end HR solutions to solve their issues. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics. Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across the APAC region.
