Role Overview

The HR Advisor is responsible for supporting execution of core employee human resource processes, along with supporting management of company and government mandated benefits.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the execution of core HR processes in supporting employee lifecycle including annual compensation cycle and annual performance reviews.

• Coordinate with all government-mandated benefits administration and maintain compliance with all relevant agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Act as the point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, handling queries and assisting with claims.

• Manage employee engagement and employee relations as required in partnership with HR BP

• Manage onboarding of new employees, including distribution of welcome packs, site and function introductions and welcome emails.

• Manage offboarding processes, including termination letter, accrued annual leave, calculation, tax clearance and exit interviews.

• Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting and fulfil all statutory reporting requirements

• Provide support for HR-driven projects and programmes, including implementation in Philippines Centre.

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Experience / Competences

Essential

• Previous experience in HR including maintenance of employee files and data

• Skilled in Microsoft applications Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)

• Maintain a sound knowledge of Philippines employment registrations, good knowledge of application of work passes for expatriates

• Assertive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as great sense of ownership

• Excellent communication  and interpersonal skills

Desired

• Experience using an HRIS, preferably WorkDay
