Duties & Responsibilities: Handles the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process. Champions the organization’s vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behavior, and high standards of work. Ensures the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service without compromise. Works cooperatively and collaboratively with leaders and other workforce to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies. Monitors industry best practice and identify opportunities for the Company to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies. Improves current recruiting procedures and implement new sourcing methods. Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective platform for open positions. Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of assessments Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Recommends ways to improve our employer brand. Participates in job fairs and career events; runs company booth at job fairs. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BS HRDM or other related course Experience: With a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment Skills & Competencies: Knowledge in recruitment & selection Excellent understanding of recruitment processes Good knowledge of candidates selection methods Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Team player Good time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
