Job Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and communication strategies in line with PAGCOR marketing guidelines. Oversee the creation and rollout of brand campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate networks. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives, ensuring compliance with local advertising restrictions. Collaborate closely within the Brand team (Creatives, PR, Events, and Social Media) to deliver integrated campaigns and unified messaging. Lead cross-department coordination with Business Development, Operations, and VIP teams to align brand initiatives with player lifecycle strategies. Manage endorsement campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations within approved frameworks. Analyze player behavior, competitor trends, and market data to optimize brand performance and positioning. Supervise creative approvals for banners, videos, and landing pages before release. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring timely and compliant campaign delivery. Track and report key brand KPIs such as registrations, engagement rate, retention impact, and brand sentiment. Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring internal teams follow consistent tone, visual identity, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or fintech. Has extensive industry connections and established relationships within the Philippine online gaming sector. Familiarity with PAGCOR marketing and content compliance standards. Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance analytics (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Excellent coordination and project management skills across marketing, design, and operations teams. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage, especially for cross-regional collaboration.
