MINEMAN Systems, a leading multinational IT company serving international mining companies, is looking for a dedicated Marketing Administrator to join our Managed Service Business Unit.

About MINEMAN Systems: We are a privately owned company that provides the MINEMAN Software and associated services to some of the world’s largest mining companies. Our software helps clients manage metal commodity sales, forecast revenue, and track cash flow. We pride ourselves on our integrity, business ethics, and the high regard we have for our staff, service providers, and clients.

Role and Responsibilities

You’ll not only support our clients but also learn how mining business works while using our own software. This is not a sales role, but a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various fields, including administrative tasks, financial reporting, and data analysis, all while contributing to the success of our mining industry clients.

We are an offshore back-office mining company employee, though remotely located away from client’s processing and branch of head office site(s), we contribute on a daily basis as if an "on-site" equal and part of our client’s Marketing Admin team.

  • Coordination and communication of all required Managed Service Client Marketing Administration with the client’s internal staff, external customers, and appointed service providers, as applicable
  • Accurate and timely data input into MINEMAN Systems
  • Producing invoices and shipping documents
  • Performing mining-related data analysis (i.e., weight comparison, element grade/assay comparison)
  • Producing periodic reports requested by client’s marketing or internal team members
  • Providing assistance as required to Managed Service Client’s representative, Senior Mineman staff, and fellow team members
  • Providing technical support to all MINEMAN Systems software users/clients to the level of training and experience attained
  • Presiding over client meetings

Note: On-the-job training will be provided, and you will gain real-world experience in the use of the MINEMAN System and a thorough understanding of the mining industry domain.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Fit to Work for Night Shift
  • Can do rotational shift
  • Work schedule: 24/5, including weekends as needed (especially during the first and last week of the month for client financial reporting)
  • Can work during Philippine holidays, including Christmas and New Year
  • Education
  • Preferred: Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mining, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (licensed or not), Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Also welcome: Accountancy and Finance graduates with experience in cashflow, journal, and other finance-related reports
  • Required Skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software applications and data analysis tools
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Customer-oriented
  • Team player who maintains a professional attitude and focus on business activities
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Proficient in multitasking and consistently delivering high-quality work without sacrificing performance standards
  • Excellent oral and communication skills in English
  • Commitment
  • Minimum of a 2-year service commitment before resignation
  • Location
  • Preferred: Residents of Angeles or Mabalacat, Pampanga, or any nearby place in Clark Freeport Zone
