Primary Objective The Senior AI Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing intelligent systems that make a meaningful impact across the organization. This includes building scalable AI solutions such as predictive models, LLM‑powered agents, and autonomous data tools that enhance human interaction and improve operational processes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI‑driven solutions, including ML models, chatbots, and autonomous data agents. Design and agree on solution architectures using agile and lean methods, focusing on scalability, modularity, and business value. Effectively communicate technical concepts and system capabilities to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms to ensure seamless interoperability and accessibility. Apply best practices in MLOps for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models and agents in production environments. Document system designs, development processes, and deployment strategies for knowledge sharing and future reference. Engage collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure responsible AI practices, including ethical use, data privacy, and governance compliance. Contribute to agile ceremonies and team performance, promoting a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in using Python for analytics or data engineering use cases. Knowledgeable in cloud platforms or cloud‑native AI services. Experience working with Azure or Fabric is a plus. Knowledge in data preprocessing, transformation, and integration across structured and unstructured sources. Familiarity in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models, LLM‑powered applications, and AI agents in real‑world business settings. Hands‑on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and conversational AI is an advantage. Awareness of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and responsible AI usage. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges. Demonstrated creativity in designing scalable and modular AI solutions that empower non‑technical users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work effectively in agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Strong commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices.
