Responsibilities Product planning and strategy: define product vision, conduct market research, create and maintain a product roadmap. Deployment and execution: collaborate with Scrum teams, define user stories, manage releases, monitor KPIs. Product ownership and leadership: refine backlog, lead sprint planning and review, champion Agile best practices. Change management: develop change plans, train end‑users, gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stakeholder collaboration: act as primary point of contact, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration. Documentation and reporting: maintain product documentation, generate reports and analytics. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related business course. Excellent planning, business, analytical, and communication skills. Strong project management and procurement/supply chain knowledge. 5–8+ years of experience in technology consulting on P2P processes and applications. High engagement, consulting background, and digital proficiency. Open to working shift schedules. Selection Criteria Product Ownership, Leadership, and Influencing Skills.
