Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Director who will be managing around 60-100 employees, provide stability and growth for the company, and collaborate closely with the Executive Team to plan and oversee the ongoing operations.

Salary Rate: ₱150,000- ₱300,000/month (experience-based). Work Schedule: Graveyard. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement business plans, strategies, procedures, and policies that support the company's vision and culture.
  • Set, monitor, and communicate comprehensive performance and growth objectives (OKR/KPIs) to the team.
  • Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring all operations are carried on appropriately, and cost-effectively.
  • Encourage optimum performance and dedication from your staff.
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess the team\'s performance.
  • Create reports to the Executive Team on a regular basis.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Train and supervise staff.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Director or similar role in a more prominent company.
  • With a very strong personality (straightforward, data-driven, objective, not swayed by emotions or personal opinions).
  • Ability to deliver results and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of corporate functions and familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Can add to and expand the role of Operations Director.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, organizational effectiveness, and operations management.
  • Preferably with a sales foundation and can create structures/processes for the business.
  • Can handle American culture.
  • Provide direct feedback, data-driven, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Creative problem solver with strong emotional intelligence and a challenger mindset / no excuses mentality.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving, and can report on numbers accurately.
  • Tools: Click-up, Project Management tools.
  • Experience in remote/work environment is a plus.
